At Serein Jewellery, we charge a flat PKR 150 shipping fee nationwide. Orders over 0.5 kg may incur extra courier charges, notified before dispatch. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, with delivery in 3–5 business days for major cities and 4–7 days for other areas. Delivery times may vary on holidays or due to courier delays. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Exchanges are only available in case of damaged or wrong products. No returns or refunds for change of mind.
